If you have confidence, you respect yourself.  If you respect yourself, you can respect others, improve your relationships, respect your achievements, and increase your quality of life.

Low self-esteem causes unhappiness, insecurity and a crippling lack of confidence.  A common result of low self-esteem can be depression.

A healthy self-esteem allows us to accept and value ourselves unconditionally.  It allows us to acknowledge our strengths and weaknesses, and accept ourselves as valuable, without any condition being met, or any validation from anyone else.

Clinical hypnotherapy addresses lack of self-esteem in a person at the source – deep within the subconscious mind.

While in hypnosis, a clinical hypnotherapist will work with a person to eliminate character traits which promote a lack of self esteem, such as concentrating on one’s own mistakes, worrying incessantly about the opinions of others, worrying about being inadequate, never feeling good enough, being afraid to fail.
