All Beat Retreat hypnotherapy sessions with the founder, Sarah Yuen Gilliat, are conducted online.
Sessions with Sarah cost 80 GBP and generally last 2-3 hours.
All sessions follow the Beat Retreat PTSD protocol which has proved extremely effective at eliminating PTSD symptoms within just a few weeks.
Most clients require 4-6 sessions to see elimination of all symptoms, but sometimes relief is gained in fewer.
Sarah also offers a full day treatment which lasts 10 hours and incorporates all the techniques which would normally be spread over a number of weeks. These sessions have been proven to be extremely helpful and can see an immediate remission of symptons due to deep insight.
Hypnotherapy works just as well for children from five years old and up, as for adults. Younger children can also be treated upon request.
